We always advise to burn your NEOM candle for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours each time. This will allow the wax to fully pool to the edge of the vessel, creating an even burn. If your burn your candle for less than 2 hours, the wax may not burn evenly and can reduce the overall burn time.
