A gift message can be added to your order at checkout before proceeding to payment. If you miss this step, we are unable to guarantee that we can add a gift message after the order has been placed but we will always try for you.
Please contact our customer care team here within the first 15 minutes of placing your order with the message you wish to add and we will advise if this has been possible.
If you have successfully added a message to your order, this will be visible on your order confirmation email.
