If you are having difficulty redeeming your discount code, please check that you are entering the code into the discount code box at checkout and that you do not have any other promotional codes or NEOM points applied. You are only able to use one promotional code per order and this can only be applied to full priced items.
If you have any items in your basket which are already on promotion, such as a bundle or starter pack, you unfortunately cannot redeem your discount on these products however, you can always save the code for your next purchase!
