You should expect your delivery to arrive 3 - 12 working days from the date you ordered, unless you have selected Next Day Delivery at the checkout.
Our Customer Care team are working extremely hard to respond to all of your queries as quickly as possible. Please be polite, and only contact the team about your order if it HAS NOT arrived after the 12th working* day.
If your order has not arrived after 6 working days, please check your tracking details as more information will be available directly with the courier company.
