NEOM points will be added to your account after each purchase with us however you must have a created a customer account with us to collect NEOM Points.
We award 5 points for every £1 spent
100 points = £1 to spend on your next order.
We let you know how many points each order will earn for you. Also, each product reports the number of points you will receive if purchased. Once you place your order the relevant number of points will be added to your account. They will be ready to use on your next order and are valid for 12 months from the date of your last order.
Points can only be redeemed against single, full priced items and can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
