My Pod is starting to smell unpleasant, what should I do?
The instructions to clean the Wellbeing Pod Luxe can be found in section G of your manual
We recommend emptying the Pod of any water, then rinsing the water tank a couple of times. Please do be careful not to get the electronic base wet
Use a soft cloth to wipe the inside of the water tank and remove any residue of essential oil from around the sides and base. You can also use a cotton bud to clean the circular disc at the bottom of the tank, where oils can settle and build up. Then, simply fill the water up to the max line, add your essential oils and start boosting your wellbeing again!
We recommend cleaning the Wellbeing Pod Luxe regularly to ensure the best performance and we do not recommend leaving water in the unit for more than 24 hours as this can become stagnant and affect the fragrance
We also recommend removing the ceramic cover, the inner water tank lid and the rubber spout and soaking these in hot water from time to time to remove any build-up of stubborn essential oils

If you think your Wellbeing Pod is faulty, please refer to the troubleshooting section via our website (or section H in your manual) to see if this is something that can be resolved easily at home. If the fault persists, please contact our Customer Care Team via email – info@neomorganics.com Please quote your original order number and include a short description of the fault, along with an image of the base of the Pod showing the warranty sticker and 12-digit batch number. Please also capture a short video displaying the fault and send this in the email so the team can check this for you. Please note: Images and videos are required, and we may not be able to proceed without them

If the fault persists, please contact the retailer that you purchased this from directly. The retailer will require your original proof of purchase/ order number before they are able to investigate this further for you, so please have this to hand
Is the Wellbeing Pod Luxe safe to use around my pets?
Although our products contain 100% natural fragrance, it is difficult for us to advise what effect these will have on your furry friends as we have not tested any of our products on animals. We would always recommend seeking professional advice from your vet or an animal specialist before using a new product around your home. If you're enjoying your lovely Wellbeing Pod at home, we would always recommend leaving a door or window open so that your pet can come and go as they please
Is the Wellbeing Pod Luxe safe to use around Children?
NEOM fragrances are 100% natural and are perfectly safe to use around the home. Nicola Elliott, NEOM Founder & Creative Director carefully designed the fragrances whilst keeping her children in mind as it was important to ensure that the Wellbeing Pod Luxe could be enjoyed by the whole family. People can react differently to certain ingredients so if you do have any concerns, please speak with your doctor/ GP for professional medical advice

If I leave the Pod Luxe on continuous, how long does this usually stay on for?
If you fill the Pod up to the maximum fill line, add 30 drops of your favourite NEOM essential oil blend and leave in on the ‘ON’ setting, this usually lasts for approximately 12 hours before it automatically shuts off
I already have some Essential Oil Blends that are not from NEOM, can I use then in my Pod Luxe?
We have not tested any other essential oil blends in the Wellbeing Pod Luxe so we would not advise using them
Corrosive oils such as Citronella and other branded essential oils may cause damage to the unit if left in the water tank This type of damage is not covered by your warranty therefore we would only recommend only using NEOM essential oils in your Pod Luxe.
How many drops of my favourite NEOM Essential Oil should I put in my Pod Luxe?
We recommend adding 30 drops of your favourite NEOM essential oil blend into your Pod Luxe, after putting the water into the tank
