Your Wellbeing Pod comes with a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty. The warranty period is 12 months and begins on the date of purchase.
In case you experience any problems with your Wellbeing Pod, please contact the original retailer that this was purchased from. Please note, we will only be able to claim on your warranty if it was purchased directly online via www.us.neomorganics.com. If this was purchased from another online or in store retailer, please contact them directly. Proof of purchase will be required, so it is vital that you keep your receipt safe.
Corrosive oils such as Citronella and other branded essential oils may cause damage to the unit if left in the water tank. This type of damage is not covered by your warranty. We recommend only using NEOM Essential Oils in your Pod.
IMPORTANT! In accordance to WEEE Directive (Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive) 2012/19/EU this equipment should not be disposed of in the normal waste stream.
